Base Salary
$238k - $290k/yr
Responsibilities
- Build new interfaces that enable lawyers and organizations to collaborate with AI.
- Lead end-to-end UI features for Assistant, Vault, Workflows, Word and Outlook add-ins, and future Harvey products.
- Build high-performance React and TypeScript interfaces using TailwindCSS with resilient state management and strong error handling.
- Architect reusable components and patterns and evolve the internal design system.
- Optimize frontend performance at scale.
- Collaborate with design and backend/infrastructure teams on APIs and UX for long-running jobs, streaming results, and tool-calling workflows.
- Improve frontend reliability and security UX for enterprise and regulated environments.
- Mentor peers through code reviews and documentation and help refine frontend standards and developer experience.
Requirements
- Experience with React, TypeScript, and CSS, including TailwindCSS.
- Track record of building fast-growing SaaS products using PWA technologies.
- Track record of shipping highly intuitive products with strong attention to detail.
- Experience working at startups and scaleups is a plus.
