Responsibilities
- Develop, integrate, bring up, and maintain Router 6000 switch and router products.
- Design and implement software features for embedded networking platforms.
- Perform feature analysis, software design, coding, code review, unit testing, feature testing, debugging, and product maintenance.
- Develop and test software related to drivers, OAM, IPsec, MacSec, and security.
- Contribute to continuous integration and delivery workflows, automated builds, smoke testing, regression testing, and code quality checks.
- Apply secure coding, static analysis, vulnerability management, and security-oriented testing practices.
- Explore AI-assisted development approaches including intelligent test generation, code review assistance, issue analysis, and engineering knowledge retrieval.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Embedded Linux and Linux development experience or knowledge.
- Strong C/C++ programming skills and solid software development fundamentals.
- Understanding of networking technologies and protocols, especially Layer 2/Layer 3 Ethernet switching and routing.
- Familiarity with IP networking, OAM, chipset drivers, network security, Git, Gerrit, Jenkins, automated testing, or software quality tools is preferred.
- Familiarity with AI platforms, RAG systems, vector databases, and AI-assisted software engineering.
- Understanding of AI infrastructure components such as model routing, caching, observability, evaluation, security, and cost optimization.
- Interest in multi-agent systems and large-scale agent orchestration frameworks.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, independent learning, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
