Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Playwright, Java, and Selenium.
- Build automated test suites for web, API, and end-to-end business workflows.
- Develop reusable automation utilities, coding standards, and framework enhancements.
- Integrate automation suites with CI/CD pipelines and support continuous quality practices.
- Perform code reviews and root cause analysis while ensuring high test coverage across releases.
- Collaborate with developers, architects, and product teams to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
Requirements
- 6–9 years of experience in Test Automation or SDET roles.
- Strong hands-on coding expertise in Core Java, object-oriented programming concepts, collections, exception handling, and multithreading fundamentals.
- Extensive experience with Playwright Automation using Java and strong exposure to Selenium WebDriver.
- Experience with API testing using Rest Assured.
- Experience developing test frameworks using TestNG or JUnit.
- Strong knowledge of design patterns, automation framework architecture, and debugging techniques.
- Experience with Git, Jenkins, Maven, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methodologies.
