Base Salary
$104k - $218k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of integrated, near-real-time enterprise dashboards supporting more than 40,000 users across 350+ facilities.
- Develop feature-rich Grafana dashboards integrating Oracle Enterprise Manager, Splunk, AppDynamics, Zabbix, and ServiceNow monitoring data.
- Monitor infrastructure availability, identify service disruptions, and implement proactive monitoring strategies.
- Manage, operate, maintain, and optimize core infrastructure services, cloud-based platforms, and distributed systems.
- Create responsive, mobile-friendly interfaces meeting Section 508 accessibility and WCAG requirements.
- Develop capacity management plans covering performance baselines, resource utilization, thresholds, and growth projections.
- Lead monthly contract-status reports, meeting minutes, action-item tracking, weekly status reports, quarterly spend plans, and stakeholder updates.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, coding standards, and innovation in dashboard development and data visualization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree plus eight years of related experience in software development, dashboard development, full-stack development, front-end development, or business intelligence engineering; equivalent experience is considered.
- Active Secret clearance is required.
- Demonstrated experience with enterprise-scale Grafana dashboard development, web application development, and modern data visualization solutions.
- Experience leading complex software development projects and technical teams in distributed enterprise environments.
- Expertise with Power BI, Tableau, D3.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks such as React, Angular, and Vue.js.
- Prior federal-agency or Department of State experience is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst, Tableau Desktop Certified Professional, AWS Certified Developer, or Azure Developer Associate.
- Preferred experience includes enterprise monitoring, data warehousing, ETL, real-time streaming, Infrastructure as Code, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
