Responsibilities
- Lead the design, build, and deployment of end-to-end AI solutions that surface actionable insights for multiple business groups.
- Drive research and development activities for new and existing AI products and set technical direction and standards.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.
- Oversee architecture, design, coding, testing, peer review, continuous integration and deployment, and validation across the product and software development lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide junior team members through knowledge sharing, pair programming, collaborative debugging, and design workshops.
Requirements
- Master’s or PhD in any STEM subject.
- Practical research experience and a proven track record applying AI or adjacent techniques to real-world problems in industry or academia.
- Strong Python programming skills and familiarity with the Python ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams and initiatives, including strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Preferred qualifications include experience with large language models, agentic systems, graph technologies, graph databases, graph analytics frameworks, natural language processing, public cloud technologies, microservice deployment, financial services, and React-based user interface development.
