Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI algorithms and machine learning models for real-world business problems.
- Collaborate with data scientists, data engineers, and business analysts to define requirements and propose AI solutions.
- Monitor production AI model performance and iterate to improve outcomes.
- Create technical documentation, customer-facing documentation, and presentations.
- Track AI research and trends and propose innovations to improve company offerings.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of AI/ML development experience with demonstrated success deploying machine learning models to production.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud-based AI services such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-facing technical explanation skills.
