Responsibilities

  • Integrate LLM APIs and intelligent automation into ASP.NET MVC products.
  • Design, develop, deploy, and scale secure production-grade AI systems using polyglot microservices.
  • Integrate Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, and Google Gemini through fault-tolerant API routing gateways.
  • Develop autonomous multi-agent workflows using Claude Code CLI and OpenAI Codex.
  • Build AI-powered product features including content recommendations, compliance tracking, and reporting.
  • Design RAG pipelines, vector databases, document embedding queues, and semantic retrieval systems.
  • Build microservices for long-running tasks and streaming over WebSockets and Server-Sent Events.
  • Implement SOC 2 controls, data residency controls, deterministic execution, and policy-as-code governance.
  • Modernize legacy .NET features into scalable AI-native architectures.
  • Build automated CI/CD, testing, evaluation, synthetic red-teaming, and adversarial validation workflows.
  • Track AI ecosystem changes, manage access limits and token consumption, and translate business needs into secure AI solutions.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of enterprise software development experience with strong full-stack web fundamentals.
  • Hands-on experience with .NET, ASP.NET MVC, and C#.
  • Fluency with Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, .NET, and NextJS.
  • Experience with relational databases, with MS SQL experience preferred.
  • Backend experience designing APIs, asynchronous microservices, WebSockets, and Server-Sent Events.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and multi-region infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Practical experience integrating AI/ML APIs or building AI-powered production features.
  • Experience with enterprise LLM integration, dynamic API routing, multi-agent orchestration, and CLI tooling.
  • Experience with Cursor, GitHub Copilot, RAG pipelines, vector databases, embedding management, and LangSmith evaluations.
  • Experience with secure cloud environments, managed fine-tuning, AI-driven testing, guardrails, and adversarial LLM testing.
  • Prompt engineering, agentic workflows, legacy .NET refactoring, regulated-industry experience, and SOC 2 knowledge are preferred.
  • Strong ownership, product judgment, business orientation, and ability to work independently in an ambiguous, high-velocity environment.

Benefits

  • Fully remote work arrangement in Canada.
  • Full-time role with ownership of meaningful AI features and AI strategy from day one.
  • Opportunity to modernize a legacy codebase while building greenfield AI capabilities.
  • Startup-style velocity within an established, well-resourced corporate software portfolio.
