Responsibilities
- Plan, direct, design, and implement IAM solutions.
- Lead project activities involving assessments, IAM strategies, roadmaps, and implementations.
- Develop, integrate, install, and deploy SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions.
- Support identity provisioning, access certification, identity analytics, RBAC, PAM, SSO, identity federation, and MFA.
- Assist leadership with proposals, budgets, work plans, internal controls, risk management, and IT standards.
- Deliver IT services to R&D throughout the service lifecycle within agreed service levels.
- Support PLM, CAD, regulatory, and enterprise applications including Windchill, SolidWorks, Siemens NX, Agile PLM, Cockpit, PTC Creo, and Jira.
- Provide IAM incident support and participate in on-call coverage as needed.
- Lead projects through the full development lifecycle and prioritize multiple tasks independently.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, IT Security, or a related subject, or equivalent experience.
- At least 7 years of experience in IT information security/IAM and IAM solution development and implementation.
- At least 5 years of experience installing, integrating, and deploying SailPoint IdentityIQ with BeanShell and Java.
- At least 5 years of experience with SSO, identity federation, MFA, identity governance and administration, provisioning, access certification, identity analytics, RBAC, and PAM.
- At least 5 years of experience leading projects through the full development lifecycle and managing projects.
- Experience with vulnerability management, risk assessment, ISO and NIST frameworks, cloud platforms, and cloud security frameworks.
- Experience with Active Directory; Okta workflows and integration are optional.
- Current CIAM, CIMP, CIST, CIPA, CIGE, equivalent, or SailPoint certification is preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, multitasking, attention to detail, and customer-service skills are required.
