Responsibilities
- Design and build agentic AI systems for the AI-Native IDE.
- Decide on the use of coding models and agents within the creator workflow.
- Own the quality bar and establish evaluation strategies for AI systems.
- Optimize AI systems for latency, throughput, and cost.
- Share best practices and reusable patterns across Studio teams.
Requirements
- 12+ years of engineering experience with large-scale platforms.
- Hands-on experience with LLM-powered and agentic systems in production.
- Strong systems and software engineering skills.
- Experience defining evaluation frameworks for AI product quality.
- Background in developer tools or IDE-like platforms.
