Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for Esri software products.
- Create test plans and strategies covering functional and performance criteria.
- Execute automated tests, analyze results, document outcomes, and report defects.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and QA engineers to select automation approaches and resolve issues.
- Integrate automated testing into continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines.
- Maintain documentation for test processes, scripts, and results in accordance with federal contracting standards.
- Track defect reports and test results and provide actionable feedback to development teams.
- Ensure test automation activities comply with federal contracting requirements and standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in test automation engineering, with a focus on federal contracting environments.
- Proficiency with test automation tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestNG, and JUnit.
- Strong experience with Esri software and APIs, including ArcGIS and related technologies.
- Knowledge of Java, Python, or C#.
- Familiarity with federal contracting processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience with additional Esri products or tools is preferred.
- Relevant test automation or methodology certification is preferred.
- Previous experience with Agile or DevOps methodologies is preferred.
- Willingness to undergo a government-issued background investigation.
