Responsibilities
- Build AI Agent applications end to end, from offline MVP prototypes to production-grade closed-loop systems.
- Design and implement data pipelines, workflow architectures, service execution layers, and observability frameworks.
- Drive algorithmic and strategic optimization through offline batch runs, A/B testing, and online canary deployments.
- Build quality validation and evaluation systems covering data processing, reasoning, generation, bad-case analysis, and automated assessment.
- Optimize multi-step reasoning, RAG, and personalized memory capabilities and deploy Agent technologies across business scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in a computer-related major.
- Proficiency in C++ and Python, with strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures such as retrieval and graph algorithms.
- Basic understanding of LLM fundamentals, including prompt engineering and fine-tuning workflows.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering technical projects.
- Preferred: hands-on experience with LLM or Agent technologies, RAG optimization, RLHF/SFT for LLMs, or Agent framework development involving planning and memory modules.
- Preferred: strong communication and collaboration skills, with experience exploring technologies and driving technical advancements with teams.
