Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for the assigned product line.
- Integrate security testing into build and deployment workflows.
- Apply CoE standards and automation frameworks consistently.
- Troubleshoot and resolve DevSecOps issues.
- Implement Infrastructure-as-Code for product infrastructure.
- Adopt GitOps practices for infrastructure provisioning.
- Ensure infrastructure deployments comply with security guardrails.
- Collaborate with SREs for monitoring and observability.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, SOC2, and internal security standards.
- Embed cloud security tools into workflows.
- Implement cost governance practices in product pipelines.
- Provide cost visibility to product teams.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to support secure delivery.
- Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute feedback.
Requirements
- 8+ years in DevOps, Cloud, or Security Engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipeline tools.
- Proficiency in AWS services.
- Hands-on experience with containers and Kubernetes.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools.
- Familiarity with observability platforms.
- Programming/scripting skills in Python, Go, or shell scripting.
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams.
