Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement AI agents for enterprise business use cases.
- Build LLM-powered intelligent workflows using tools, APIs, memory management, and human-in-the-loop approvals.
- Develop Retrieval-Augmented Generation solutions using enterprise knowledge repositories and structured or unstructured data.
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise applications, databases, APIs, and knowledge management systems.
- Create and maintain reusable prompts, tools, templates, and workflow components.
- Evaluate AI solutions for accuracy, reliability, safety, latency, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize AI applications in production.
- Apply machine learning techniques and statistical methods where appropriate.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, governance, and Responsible AI standards.
- Contribute to AI solution architecture, technical designs, best-practice frameworks, and cross-functional delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, AI solution design, or enterprise application development.
- Strong programming expertise in Python and hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, and AI application development.
- Experience designing and building AI agents, autonomous workflows, and multi-agent systems.
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, semantic search, and knowledge retrieval systems.
- Understanding of machine learning concepts, model evaluation, and statistical techniques.
- Experience with REST APIs, databases, Git, testing frameworks, and enterprise integrations.
- Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform and experience with Docker and containerization.
- Familiarity with LangGraph, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, CrewAI, Temporal, or Model Context Protocol.
- Knowledge of AI observability, evaluation frameworks, guardrails, responsible AI, prompt engineering, agent memory, and tool-calling architectures.
- Experience integrating solutions with SharePoint, Jira, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, or SAP is advantageous.
- Knowledge of MLOps, AI deployment, fine-tuning, prompt optimization, AI governance, knowledge graphs, graph-based RAG, or multimodal AI is preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, troubleshooting, verbal, and written communication skills.
