Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design scalable and performant applications and systems leveraging MongoDB.
- Guide customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with sales teams for account success and pipeline generation.
- Proactively generate demand through technical initiatives and events.
- Foster strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and success.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve MongoDB solutions.
Requirements
- 8 to 11 years of related experience in a customer-facing role.
- 5 to 7 years of experience in pre-sales with enterprise software.
- Minimum of 3 years experience with modern scripting or programming languages.
- Experience designing scalable and highly available distributed systems.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Ability to travel up to 25%.
