Responsibilities
- Lead ML projects across multiple teams, guiding technical direction.
- Architect ML platform components for reliable model deployment.
- Build automated training and deployment pipelines for model improvement.
- Design feature engineering systems for identity resolution and predictive models.
- Improve model inference latency to meet service level agreements.
- Establish MLOps best practices and operational standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience building production ML systems.
- Technical leadership experience in driving ML platform evolution.
- Expertise in ML deployment patterns and model serving.
- Proficient in Python and familiar with ML frameworks like XGBoost and PyTorch.
- Experience with cloud-native ML infrastructure and containerization.
- Enthusiastic about AI-first development practices and tools.
