Responsibilities
- Develop, design, code, and enhance custom software solutions across systems and applications.
- Work across the Java full stack, including front-end, back-end, database integration, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Act as a subject matter expert, collaborate with multiple teams, and contribute to key technical and team decisions.
- Lead process improvements that enhance software quality and delivery timelines.
- Manage team activities and mentor junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
- Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, including Java back-end development and front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience with database management and integration techniques.
- Understanding of agile software development practices and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across the full stack.
- 15 years of full-time education.
