Base Salary
$180k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Take high-impact projects through design, implementation, production launch, and ongoing ownership.
- Build end-to-end features spanning data models, APIs, and UI.
- Make independent decisions about architecture, scope, and tradeoffs.
- Collaborate with customers, design, and product to determine what to build.
- Maintain high standards for code quality, system design, and operational reliability.
Requirements
- Experience building and operating real production systems.
- Ability to work across the stack while developing deep expertise where needed.
- Ability to operate independently and deliver in a modern engineering environment.
- Clear communication skills, especially in writing.
- Experience using AI tools to improve effectiveness.
- Preferred experience in identity, security, distributed systems, large-scale data systems, fast-growing startups, or products and platforms for developers.
