Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and customer conversations to understand business, security, endpoint management, virtualization, and AI requirements.
- Design and present secure, scalable Cloud Endpoint architectures using Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Deliver architectural design sessions, demonstrations, hands-on workshops, proofs of concept, and technical close plans.
- Advise customers on modernizing legacy VDI and endpoint management environments and adopting cloud-native, identity-first, and Zero Trust approaches.
- Partner with account teams, specialists, Cloud Solution Architects, security and identity teams, partners, and engineering to develop win plans, resolve blockers, and accelerate adoption.
- Position Microsoft solutions using competitive, industry, partner, and technical knowledge and provide feedback to product and engineering teams.
- Develop and share expertise across Cloud Endpoint, security, identity, virtualization, and emerging AI technologies.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field plus 3+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; or bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 4+ years; or 5+ years of technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience; or equivalent experience.
- Professional proficiency in English and the ability to lead technical discussions, presentations, demonstrations, and architecture conversations.
- Preferred: 6+ years of technical pre-sales, technical consulting, technology delivery, or related experience.
- Preferred: 4+ years of experience with cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, or technology management.
- Preferred: certification in relevant technologies or disciplines such as Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, or Architecture.
