Base Salary
$127k - $225k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cryptographers to build secure and resilient crypto and tokenized-assets custody solutions.
- Implement and audit cryptographic code using secure coding practices in C/C++, Go, or Rust.
- Perform threat modeling, crypto security-focused code reviews, and vulnerability testing.
- Integrate with blockchain nodes and APIs and work with blockchain transaction formats.
- Design secure storage and networking solutions for crypto custody infrastructure.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of experience with high-volume/low-latency systems and platform ownership.
- Expertise in secure software development and cryptography engineering, including cryptographic protocols and common security pitfalls.
- Proficiency in secure coding with C/C++, Go, or Rust and familiarity with OpenSSL or MPC-specific libraries.
- Knowledge of Intel SGX, HSMs, trusted execution environments, and remote attestation.
- Experience with blockchain technologies, Bitcoin UTXOs, Ethereum RLP, and blockchain node/API integration.
- Understanding of secure storage, databases, networking, concurrency control, cloud security, and containerization.
