Responsibilities
- Contribute to functional and technical specifications for projects and application maintenance.
- Develop and maintain application and technical software according to requirements, procedures, schedules, costs, and quality standards.
- Participate in testing and acceptance phases and implement corrections for defects.
- Draft release files and monitor software releases.
- Troubleshoot online issues, suggest improvements, and update documentation and processes.
- Identify risks affecting schedule, cost, or quality and alert superiors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information is required.
- Requires 1–2 years of development and maintenance experience.
- Requires object-oriented programming knowledge in Java, .NET, and database scripting.
- Requires experience with Crystal Reports and Microsoft Office.
- LOMA 280 and 290 certificates are required.
- Requires Mandarin and English proficiency in speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Less than 2 years of life insurance core system development experience or less than 3 years of overall software development experience is preferred.
- GraphTalk experience is preferred; training will be provided after joining.
- Good communication skills and a sense of responsibility are required.
