Responsibilities
- Develop product features end to end across frontend and backend under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Integrate AI coding tools such as Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily development workflows.
- Translate product requirements into working implementations across frontend and backend.
- Contribute as a full stack seed learner by absorbing practices, sharing ideas, and progressing toward autonomous delivery.
- Observe cross-team collaboration and suggest improvements to product, design, and engineering workflows.
- Contribute throughout the product lifecycle from design to deployment and iteration.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Computer Science or an AI-related field.
- Hands-on experience from personal projects, coursework, internships, or open-source contributions.
- Foundation in at least one backend language, specifically Java or Golang.
- Familiarity with Node.js and modern frontend frameworks.
- Experience building end-to-end projects in personal, academic, or internship settings.
- Basic understanding of database design and core backend concepts.
- Familiarity with Cursor, Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI coding tools.
- Ability to clearly articulate requirements and constraints to AI tools.
- Self-driven, eager to learn, and willing to work beyond assigned scope.
- Product-minded, with curiosity about the purpose behind technical work.
- Strong logical thinking and communication skills, with enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
- Preferred qualifications include open-source contributions, notable GitHub projects, cross-platform development experience, startup internship or work experience, and a history of building internal tools or personal side projects.
