Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize trading desk infrastructure and operational processes.
- Support trading systems and workflows by executing data queries and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Design and implement solutions for trading and operational issues.
- Build tools that improve firm operations and trade execution efficiency.
- Communicate with clearing firms and external counterparties to settle and clear trades.
- Collaborate with traders, developers, and internal groups to deliver accurate and efficient solutions.
Requirements
- Strong technical foundation and interest in expanding programming skills.
- Strong critical-thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and collaboration abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, ask questions, and balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in finance and passion for STEM.
- Fluency in English.
- No specific finance or other field background is required.
