Software Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and build systems and tools that run the firm.
- Solve engineering problems across trading desks, accounting, foundational infrastructure, network monitoring, and risk modeling.
- Use OCaml and Python to develop software for research, trading, data analysis, visualization, and machine learning.
- Leverage, expand, and support open source projects including Mercurial, the OCaml compiler, and the OPAM package manager.
Requirements
- Strong programming ability and enthusiasm for technology.
- Intellectual curiosity, collaboration, humility, and eagerness to learn.
- Fluency in English.
- No specific background in functional programming, OCaml, Python, finance, or another field is required.
