Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize scalable frontend applications and backend services.
- Build and maintain React frontend features and Golang backend services.
- Contribute to system architecture and engineering best practices.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues while optimizing performance, reliability, and scalability.
- Maintain code quality through coding standards, code reviews, and automated testing.
- Apply design patterns and best practices in cloud environments, CI/CD, and system reliability.
- Collaborate with Product Management and cross-functional international teams.
- Participate in architectural discussions, share technical knowledge, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent education or practical experience.
- 4–6 years of experience in full-stack web development.
- Strong proficiency with React for frontend development and Golang for backend services; other backend languages may also be considered.
- Hands-on experience with design patterns, design principles, software architecture, algorithms, and automated unit, integration, and functional testing.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and patterns.
- Knowledge of relational and distributed databases, including normal forms, ACID, isolation levels, index concepts, and distributed database concepts.
- Understanding of the development lifecycle and experience collaborating with cross-functional and international agile teams.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
