Responsibilities
- Assist with ServiceNow platform administration, configuration, development, testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and support.
- Support ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Knowledge Management.
- Configure forms, fields, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Business Rules, access controls, custom tables, workflows, and business logic.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalog items, Record Producers, workflow automations, and low-code applications using App Engine Studio.
- Support platform upgrades, release management, patch testing, deployments, and integrations with external applications through APIs.
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, knowledge articles, and support materials.
- Participate in requirements gathering, solution workshops, stakeholder discussions, governance processes, and project delivery.
Requirements
- Singapore Citizenship or Permanent Residency is required.
- Applicants must have graduated in 2024, 2025, or 2026, or graduated earlier and completed National Service in 2024, 2025, or 2026.
- Applicants must have no prior work experience and must commit to a six-month full-time traineeship.
- A Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related discipline is requested.
- Basic knowledge of ServiceNow administration, configuration, ITSM, workflow automation, Service Catalog, low-code development, JavaScript, HTML, REST APIs, and system integration concepts is preferred.
- Understanding of relational databases, data modeling, cloud platforms, and enterprise applications is preferred.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, organizational, teamwork, and adaptability skills are required.
