Responsibilities
- Support the design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and enhancement of digitalization and automation applications.
- Develop simple Python scripts and basic automation tools for engineering and project-management processes.
- Create data dashboards, reports, and visualizations for project performance, KPIs, cost tracking, and scheduling.
- Analyze business processes and document opportunities for workflow automation and improvement.
- Contribute to continuous-improvement initiatives and technical upskilling related to digital tools and platforms.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any engineering discipline.
- No prior work experience is required, and fresh graduates are welcome.
- Basic exposure to Microsoft Power Platform through coursework, self-learning, or internships.
- Fundamental knowledge of Python programming and scripting concepts.
- Strong interest in digitalization, automation, and data-driven problem-solving.
- Good analytical, communication, documentation, collaboration, adaptability, and learning skills.
