Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Design and develop robust software applications using Java and Spring Boot microservices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, stakeholders, and management to integrate components and translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Oversee code reviews and adherence to coding standards and guidelines.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and optimize application performance and scalability.
- Participate in architectural discussions and align software solutions with business objectives.
- Create and maintain comprehensive software application documentation.
- Contribute to improvements in development processes and methodologies.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot microservices for full-stack development.
- Expertise in commerce full-stack engineering with a focus on Java technologies.
- Six to ten years of software development experience.
- Strong problem-solving and complex troubleshooting abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid, day-shift environment.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
