Base Salary
$183k - $237k/yr
Responsibilities
- Implement scalable infrastructure for numerous applications of varying sizes and complexities.
- Enhance performance and reliability across backend services.
- Design and implement observability systems and define SLOs.
- Support billions of requests by building and iterating on core services.
- Develop a workflow engine and scale the data tier for high-volume applications.
- Build next-generation cloud infrastructure and foundational services.
- Participate in triage and on-call processes to resolve issues.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development.
- Hands-on experience with scalable distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Node.js, Rust, PostgreSQL, Kafka, and Terraform.
- Strong problem-solving skills for complex applications.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.
