Base Salary
$240k - $250k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, test, and release end-to-end workflows for the AI security product.
- Build foundational solutions across AWS Bedrock, Google AgentSpace, Salesforce AgentForce, and other agent platforms.
- Develop secure, scalable, multi-tenant software across AWS and Azure using AI, cloud, SaaS, and agentic design patterns.
- Use CUA agents, LLMs, ADK, LangChain, and related technologies to secure AI systems.
- Provide technical expertise and influence product direction, architecture, and engineering best practices.
- Drive improvements in engineering processes, tooling, and operational reliability.
- Collaborate on software design and architecture, deploy and test applications, and maintain existing services.
- Refactor, debug, document, and provide technical support for applications throughout the software development life cycle.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience as a Principal Software Engineer.
- Expert-level experience with Java, Spring Framework, REST, and microservices.
- Strong experience developing Java applications using security principles, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, and Docker or Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with SQL, Elasticsearch, Redis, CI/CD, AWS Glue, and Kafka.
- Deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, design patterns, and architectural trade-offs.
- Experience with application development, solution architecture, design and delivery, and process improvement at increasing levels of responsibility.
- Experience with unit, functional, and system integration testing.
- Experience with Git, GitHub or GitLab, automatic deployments, and continuous integration.
- Experience with IntelliJ, Eclipse, or MyEclipse; JUnit; and Maven or Ant.
- Experience using AI development productivity tools such as Amazon Q, GitHub Copilot, or Cursor.
- Familiarity with MCP, A2A, agentic frameworks, and AI development tools, with research and deep platform investigation experience preferred.
- Experience working with Scrum and Kanban in an agile environment.
