Base Salary
$182k - $272k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead design and implementation of foundational enterprise platforms and services.
- Drive infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and configuration-as-code practices.
- Architect and automate employee lifecycle workflows across core systems.
- Establish and measure SLOs for internal services and participate in incident response.
- Partner with Security, Finance, Legal, and Procurement for SaaS governance.
- Lead cross-functional technical initiatives end-to-end.
- Mentor engineers and improve documentation quality.
Requirements
- Demonstrated staff-level impact on large engineering projects.
- Deep hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD.
- Strong background in identity and access management concepts.
- Proficiency in building automations and internal tooling that integrate with APIs.
- Operational excellence in defining SLOs and contributing to incident response.
- Clear communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to work from or relocate to New York City or Pittsburgh.
