Responsibilities
- Analyze system designs, APIs, and code to develop test strategies and test plans.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using black-box and white-box testing techniques.
- Own end-to-end quality for features spanning web, mobile, and backend services.
- Lead manual QA efforts and coordinate testing with cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Debug complex issues using logs, monitoring tools, and service internals.
- Define scope and deliverables for manual and automation projects and drive execution end-to-end.
- Develop and track quality metrics to support continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 3+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
- Experience with manual testing and automation testing.
- Experience serving as a QA lead on medium- to large-sized projects.
- Experience developing test plans, test designs, test strategies, and test execution plans.
- Preferred experience with an automated test framework such as Selenium or Appium.
- Preferred experience gathering test requirements, creating detailed test plans, and defining quality metrics.
- Preferred experience with Android, iOS, or other mobile application development or testing.
- Preferred scripting or coding experience.
- Preferred experience collaborating with development and business teams to communicate problem impacts and understand business requirements.
