Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand user requirements and produce technical design documents.
- Design scalable software architectures and high-level system design diagrams.
- Develop, test, and maintain web applications, websites, data processes, and user interfaces across multiple platforms.
- Build software solutions using .NET, C#, databases, messaging systems, caching, and microservices architecture.
- Develop and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines while ensuring code quality and DevOps alignment.
- Conduct code reviews, champion coding standards, and promote engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with project management to define technical direction and delivery timelines.
Requirements
- Proficiency with .NET 8+ for developing Web APIs and Worker Services.
- Solid experience with C# 8 and above.
- Hands-on experience with Elasticsearch.
- Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, Entity Framework Core, and Dapper.
- Familiarity with RabbitMQ, Kafka, or Azure Service Bus.
- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, including Repos, Pipelines, and Releases.
- Experience with one or more of Angular, React, or Vue.
- Understanding of in-memory and distributed caching using tools such as Redis.
- Development experience with microservices architecture.
- Strong understanding of unit testing practices and frameworks.
- Strong communication, collaboration, organizational, adaptability, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Desirable: knowledge of sports betting markets, online gaming or casino operations, gambling regulations and compliance, or customer retention strategies.
