Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Own and advance livekit.com through high-quality motion, interaction, and performance work.
- Engineer LiveKit’s new brand identity into reusable components, motion patterns, and tooling.
- Build launch pages, product pages, and campaign surfaces that meet a high quality bar without slowing delivery.
- Measure, defend, and optimize web performance using real performance budgets.
- Partner with brand designers, marketers, and the design engineering team to ship ambitious web experiences.
Requirements
- Exceptional frontend engineering skills with a portfolio of production web work.
- Strong attention to motion, interaction, and performance details.
- Ability to translate brand and design intent into reusable systems and components.
- Ability to ship polished work quickly and independently without perfect specifications.
- Strong collaboration skills with designers and the ability to elevate their ideas.
- Ability to tackle difficult technical problems, learn new languages and tools quickly, and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
