Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Enhance the web interface used by insurance agents and internal team members.
- Develop interfaces for administering agencies, agents, and policies.
- Design, build, test, and maintain user experiences and technology supporting insurance products.
- Implement design and UX initiatives in collaboration with the Product Experience team.
- Collaborate with internal partners to leverage APIs and deliver user experiences.
- Help develop and deliver the team’s technical and architectural vision.
- Identify risks and opportunities, create solutions, simplify technical designs, and improve internal processes.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly one-on-one meetings.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional or production experience developing web applications.
- Professional or production experience with Vue.js, including completion of a Vue code challenge during the interview process.
- Proficiency in modern JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Understanding of RESTful and GraphQL API integrations.
- Familiarity with unit testing.
- Ability to explain technical challenges to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Awareness of major frontend and UX design trends and their implementations.
- Excellent communication skills.
