Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI-powered agents and automation systems.
- Design architectures for AI workflows across multiple systems and tools.
- Evaluate opportunities and provide input on internal AI strategy.
- Make and document build vs buy decisions, including vendor evaluations.
- Establish production standards for reliability and data handling.
- Define success metrics for systems to ensure measurable improvements.
- Reuse and extend internal AI platform capabilities.
- Mentor AI engineers and guide project structures.
- Collaborate with global teams to align on priorities.
Requirements
- Strong experience building applications using Python or similar languages.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered workflows in real-world scenarios.
- Strong data background, including databases and analytics workflows.
- Experience integrating solutions across multiple systems and APIs.
- Familiarity with no-code or low-code automation tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects from scoping to production.
- Experience with production systems, including testing and monitoring.
- Experience mentoring engineers or providing technical guidance.
- Experience evaluating tools and contributing to vendor selection.
