Responsibilities
- Scope, architect, and lead technical projects to improve existing features.
- Debug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack.
- Design, build, and maintain user-facing experiences, services, APIs, and systems.
- Make effective tradeoffs considering business priorities and user experience.
- Develop and execute against both short- and long-term roadmaps.
- Teach and mentor engineers to grow into future leaders.
- Partner with engineers and product managers to ensure feature integration.
- Establish and uphold best practices in engineering, security, and technical design.
Requirements
- 2-5 years of industry software engineering experience.
- Strong coding skills in any programming language.
- Strong collaboration skills to work across workstreams.
- Ability to thrive on autonomy and responsibility.
- Interest in working as a generalist across varying technologies.
