Responsibilities
- Lead the development and deployment of Salesforce Revenue Cloud and Agentforce solutions.
- Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and platform capabilities.
- Build and maintain enterprise integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware technologies.
- Drive DevOps practices and release automation using Gearset pipelines.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions with stakeholders, architects, and product teams.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, mentor junior developers, and troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Evaluate and adopt AI and Agentic AI technologies for Salesforce business processes.
Requirements
- 6–8 years of overall IT experience, including 4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- Hands-on expertise with Apex, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Lightning Web Components.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based architectures.
- Hands-on experience with Gearset and automated deployment processes.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Agentforce and Revenue Cloud / ARM solutions.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification is required.
- B.E., B.Tech, or MCA education.
- Preferred experience with AI application development, Agentic AI frameworks, enterprise AI solutions, Google Agent Development Kit, Azure OpenAI, or AI-agent integrations with Salesforce.
