Responsibilities
- Design, code, enhance, troubleshoot, debug, and optimize software components and applications.
- Develop scalable and high-performing custom software solutions using ASP.NET MVC.
- Act as a subject-matter expert and contribute to decisions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication around project goals and deliverables.
Requirements
- A minimum of 7.5 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC.
- Proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, object-oriented programming, and software design patterns.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with database design and development using SQL Server or similar relational databases.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle practices and continuous integration.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
