Responsibilities
- Plan and execute DevOps pipelines across the application lifecycle.
- Automate and streamline integration, deployment, testing, and monitoring processes.
- Manage IT infrastructure supporting software applications.
- Onboard applications to DevOps tools and configure them for client requirements.
- Build and customize DevOps tools, access workflows, and deployment automation.
- Collaborate with developers on coding and scripting needed to connect applications with operating systems and production infrastructure.
- Provide customer support, resolve tickets within target timelines, follow escalation processes, and perform root-cause analysis of critical or recurring issues.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory skill in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
- Experience with DevOps tooling, application integration and deployment, infrastructure management, automation, troubleshooting, and customer support.
