Responsibilities
- Stay updated with current research and literature in AI.
- Design and implement features for a multi-agent platform using modern frameworks.
- Advise on and build data pipelines that unify workplace data.
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions and create documentation.
- Collaborate with product, design, and people science teams to ensure feature alignment.
- Contribute to evaluation frameworks and bias testing for transparency and fairness.
- Build prototypes to validate new approaches and accelerate learning.
Requirements
- Proven experience in taking ML/AI systems to production.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills.
- Full stack development experience, preferably in Python and React.
- Solid software engineering fundamentals with a focus on clean code.
- Experience with LLM application development and data pipeline integration.
- A pragmatic mindset focused on scalable problem-solving.
