Responsibilities
- Lead technical delivery across multiple customer deployments from prototype to production.
- Own discovery, technical scoping, system design, build, and production rollout.
- Build full-stack systems and contribute directly to production code when needed.
- Embed with customer teams, understand their needs, and guide adoption.
- Scope work, sequence delivery, remove blockers, and balance scope, speed, and quality.
- Create reusable tools, playbooks, and building blocks from successful delivery patterns.
- Provide field feedback to Research and Product teams on model performance and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate with Product, Research, Partnerships, GRC, Security, and GTM teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of engineering or technical deployment experience, including customer-facing work.
- Experience scoping and delivering complex systems in fast-moving or ambiguous environments.
- Ability to write and review production-grade frontend and backend code using Python, JavaScript, or comparable technologies.
- Experience building or deploying systems powered by LLMs or generative models.
- Understanding of how model behavior affects product experience.
- Ability to communicate clearly with engineers, product teams, and customer stakeholders.
- Strong judgment, prioritization, risk management, and decision-making under pressure.
