Responsibilities
- Define performance test cases, metrics, benchmarks, and automated regression detection.
- Develop and maintain scalable performance and automation testing infrastructure.
- Plan, design, write, maintain, and execute manual and automated test cases using Swift and Python.
- Drive quality and process improvements to ensure features are reliable and release-ready.
- Report bugs using strong isolation and regression techniques.
- Coordinate multifunctional test efforts and communicate priorities, progress, and risks.
- Apply AI tools to automate daily workflows and improve efficiency in repetitive tasks.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Python or Swift.
- At least 5 years of experience in test automation and/or tools and automation development.
- Experience with tools for tracking and assessing native application performance across scenarios and configurations.
- Understanding of software and hardware performance testing methodologies and strategies.
- Software engineering and computer science fundamentals, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithms, and complexity analysis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on experience with native application automation frameworks and scalable testing infrastructure.
- Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
- Preferred experience with DevOps, Kubernetes, Docker, Xcode, Xcode Instruments, XCTest, Swift, Go, Scala, video and photo editing applications, performance-focused test plans, and AI/ML-enabled feature testing.
