Responsibilities
- Design and build low-latency, scalable, and reliable model inference and serving infrastructure for SSM foundation models.
- Work with research and product engineering teams to translate advanced research into products.
- Build highly parallel data processing and evaluation infrastructure for foundation model training.
- Navigate complex codebases and monorepos while writing clean, maintainable code.
- Provide technical leadership and deliver zero-to-one results in an ambiguous, fast-moving environment.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in software engineering, product engineering, or ML platform engineering.
- Strong engineering skills and the ability to work in complex codebases and monorepos.
- Experience building large-scale distributed systems with demanding performance, reliability, and observability requirements.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and work with Go, Python, and Next.js.
- Technical leadership skills and the ability to execute and deliver amid ambiguity.
- Background in or experience with machine learning and generative models is preferred.
