Responsibilities
- Design and build low latency, scalable model inference systems.
- Collaborate with research and product teams to translate research into products.
- Develop high-quality data processing infrastructure for model training.
- Shape product direction with significant autonomy.
- Ensure performance, reliability, and observability in distributed systems.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in software engineering, product engineering, or ML platform engineering.
- Strong engineering skills and ability to navigate complex codebases.
- Experience in building large-scale distributed systems.
- Proficiency in Go and Python for backend, and Next.js for frontend.
- Technical leadership with a focus on delivering results in ambiguous situations.
- Bonus: Background in machine learning and generative models.
