Base Salary
$175k - $205k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead technical initiatives from problem identification through solution design, implementation, and production deployment.
- Use AI-assisted development tools, automated code analysis, and agent-driven workflows to identify and remediate software defects, technical debt, and reliability risks.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable, reliable, and maintainable software solutions.
- Improve software quality, resiliency, performance, operational excellence, and long-term maintainability across complex enterprise applications.
- Establish engineering standards, reusable development patterns, and automation frameworks that improve delivery outcomes and developer productivity.
- Partner with engineering teams, architects, and business stakeholders to influence technical outcomes across teams.
- Advance application modernization and AI-enabled software engineering practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership of enterprise applications and development teams.
- Strong hands-on software development experience using C#/.NET.
- Experience applying AI-assisted development tools, automated code analysis, and agent-driven workflows in software engineering environments.
- Knowledge of AI engineering frameworks and large language model technologies.
- Experience improving software quality, resiliency, performance, and operational excellence across complex application environments.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and software modernization practices.
- Preferred: experience leading application modernization, software quality, resiliency, or technical debt reduction initiatives in large enterprise organizations.
- Preferred: experience establishing engineering standards, reusable development patterns, and automation frameworks that improve software delivery and developer productivity.
- Strong collaboration, analytical thinking, problem-solving, decision-making, and adaptability skills.
