Base Salary
$117k - $174k/yr
Responsibilities
- Serve as technical lead for liquidity and funding technology applications supporting regulatory reporting and analytics.
- Translate business stakeholder requirements into technical solutions and provide technical direction to the development team.
- Remain hands-on with software engineering, coding, analysis, validation, delivery, and application support.
- Design and deliver scalable applications, services, APIs, data integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
- Contribute to platform modernization, cloud transformation, and greenfield development initiatives.
- Work with large-scale data processing and analytics solutions supporting liquidity reporting.
- Promote engineering excellence through design and code reviews, mentoring, knowledge sharing, and team development.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise software applications.
- Proficiency with .NET 8+ and object-oriented programming principles.
- Experience building scalable applications, services, APIs, and data integration solutions.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, containerization technologies, relational databases, data warehouses, and cloud-native services.
- Experience with Bamboo, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes, Microsoft SQL Server or PostgreSQL, Google BigQuery, and GCP, AWS, or Azure.
- Knowledge of software design principles, system architecture, and modern development practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, stakeholder management, and customer-focused decision-making skills.
- Experience mentoring engineers and contributing to technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and team development.
- Understanding of how generative AI tools, agents, and skills can improve software development productivity and quality.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or 10+ years of hands-on software engineering experience.
- Preferred qualifications include financial services technology experience; liquidity, funding, regulatory reporting, liquidity stress testing, risk, or treasury knowledge; Angular or React experience; modernization or cloud transformation leadership; and experience in Agile, cross-functional environments.
