Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and adoption of AI-native supply chain architectures with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
- Define and evolve the C+AI supply chain ecosystem for hyperscale operations, automation, and continuous improvement.
- Partner across engineering, product, and business teams to align priorities and implement supply chain solutions.
- Improve AI model quality and reliability by optimizing data pipelines, orchestration systems, and operational workflows.
- Define, develop, and monitor performance metrics for AI-driven supply chain architectures.
- Design and build intelligent decision-making platforms delivering operational and business outcomes.
- Develop and scale context engineering approaches for AI-powered supply chain applications.
- Provide technical leadership for enterprise software solutions supporting AI-powered supply chain operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing enterprise-scale cloud and AI-based architectures.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud background check.
- Preferred: bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Preferred: experience with large-scale data platforms, knowledge graphs, event-driven architectures, reinforcement learning environments, contextual engineering, experimentation frameworks, telemetry systems, and AI training pipelines.
- Preferred: demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams using data-driven decisions to implement complex AI engineering solutions.
