Base Salary

$143k - $304k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and adoption of AI-native supply chain architectures with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders.
  • Define and evolve the C+AI supply chain ecosystem for hyperscale operations, automation, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner across engineering, product, and business teams to align priorities and implement supply chain solutions.
  • Improve AI model quality and reliability by optimizing data pipelines, orchestration systems, and operational workflows.
  • Define, develop, and monitor performance metrics for AI-driven supply chain architectures.
  • Design and build intelligent decision-making platforms delivering operational and business outcomes.
  • Develop and scale context engineering approaches for AI-powered supply chain applications.
  • Provide technical leadership for enterprise software solutions supporting AI-powered supply chain operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience developing enterprise-scale cloud and AI-based architectures.
  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud background check.
  • Preferred: bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
  • Preferred: experience with large-scale data platforms, knowledge graphs, event-driven architectures, reinforcement learning environments, contextual engineering, experimentation frameworks, telemetry systems, and AI training pipelines.
  • Preferred: demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams using data-driven decisions to implement complex AI engineering solutions.
