Base Salary
$143k - $304k/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead design discussions, create design documents, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Design secure, compliant, scalable, and performant system architectures.
- Develop and maintain tools supporting code creation, testing, and deployment.
- Mentor engineers through code reviews and pair programming.
- Lead implementation and deployment while ensuring quality standards.
- Translate project vision into milestones and guide estimation and planning.
- Monitor systems, respond to incidents, restore services, and reduce incident volume.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand user requirements and incorporate ongoing feedback.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience with coding, or equivalent experience.
- Coding experience in one or more of C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python.
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer, and/or government security screening requirements, including the Microsoft Cloud Background Check.
- Preferred qualifications include a master’s degree and 8+ years of experience, or a bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of experience, or equivalent experience.

- The typical U.S. base pay range is provided for the role, with separate ranges for the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City metropolitan area.
- Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
