Base Salary
$74k - $111k/yr
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the team to build, deploy, monitor, and manage highly performing and highly available production systems.
- Write readable, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Participate in code reviews and collaborate on best practices, internal tools, and process improvements.
- Develop applications and apply modern software design, best practices, design patterns, and frameworks.
- Explore open-source and industry-standard solutions for organizational use.
- Contribute to a collaborative scrum team through programming, mentoring, and innovative problem-solving.
Requirements
- At least 18 months of object-oriented programming experience in a job or through schoolwork using C#, Java, C++, or similar technologies.
- Demonstrated experience developing applications.
- Understanding of programming and database concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills and a self-motivated, ambitious approach.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, and ReactJS is preferred but not required.
- Cloud experience is preferred but not required.
- An advanced technical degree or related training is a plus but not required.
Benefits
- Hybrid work arrangement with the ability to work remotely part of the week.
- Base salary range of $74,000.00-$111,000.00, with possible additional incentive compensation.
- Flexible paid vacation, seven paid holidays, and up to 160 hours of paid wellness time annually.
