- Build, deploy, monitor, and manage highly performing and highly available production systems.
- Write readable, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Collaborate on best practices, code reviews, internal tools, and process improvements.
- Explore open-source and industry-standard solutions for organizational use.
- Contribute to a collaborative scrum team and work alongside developers and technical leads.
Requirements
- At least 18 months of object-oriented programming experience in a job or through schoolwork using C#, Java, C++, or a similar language.
- Demonstrated experience developing applications.
- Understanding of programming and database concepts.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a high-energy, confident, ambitious, and self-motivated approach.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, ReactJS, or similar web technologies is preferred but not required.
- Cloud experience is preferred but not required.
- An advanced technical degree or related training is a plus but not required.
