Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product, design, and development stakeholders to understand requirements.
- Create and implement comprehensive test plans.
- Conduct and participate in test plan and test strategy reviews.
- Test new features and regressions across hardware and software products.
- Create defects for requirement deviations and escalate as needed.
- Assist project teams in triaging and reproducing defects.
- Work with QA engineers and developers to adapt a test automation strategy.
- Increase automation test case coverage by developing reusable scripts.
- Contribute to product design and roadmap discussions from a quality perspective.
- Stay current with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and TestRail.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Assurance.
- Ability to learn and understand complex business logic.
- Design and deliver test plans for significant components or services.
- Solid understanding of test strategies and methodologies.
- Familiarity with API testing, web application testing, and automated testing tools.
- Appetite for automation and knowledge of automation frameworks.
- Ability to provide useful feedback during test case reviews.
- Create maintainable and reusable automation test scripts.
- Commitment to quality and user experience.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
